400 g minced pork
400 g minced veal
2 eggs
50 g Parmesan cheese
10 cl thickened cream
2 large onions
2 celery stalks
2 garlic cloves
Basil
1 tsp allspice (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Cook vegetables in a pan until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
Mince the vegetables.
Mix together the minced meats, vegetables, beaten eggs, Parmesan, thickened cream and chopped basil leaves (keep some basil leaves to put on top of the meat loaf),salt, pepper and allspice (optional).
Pour in a cake mould and press.
Cook in the oven for 1h.
Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 24h.
Tips
Can be served as finger food on toast with some tomato sauce on top.
