Ingredients

500 g flour
1 pinch of salt
3 eggs
100 g butter
¾ I milk
50 sugar
¼ L beer
½ lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave (or in a bain-marie).
  2. Place, into a bowl, in this order: the flour, sugar, eggs, melted butter and lemon juice.
  3. Mix everything.
  4. While beating with an electric whisk, add the milk little by little.
  5. Incorporate the beer, and let the dough rest for 30 min.
  6. Ladle the batte into the waffle iron and heat for 2-3 min.
