At Le Petit Depot Pte. Ltd., we strive to provide a seamless and reliable delivery experience for our customers across Singapore. Below are our delivery standards, designed to ensure your orders arrive promptly and in excellent condition.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all areas in Singapore through our trusted delivery partners.
2. Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are calculated based on your order value:
- Orders of SGD 60 or less: A flat delivery fee of SGD 10 applies.
- Orders above SGD 60: Free delivery.
Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout. There is no minimum order quantity or amount required to place an order.
3. Delivery Process
We aim to deliver your order to the address specified in your account or provided at checkout. To ensure a smooth delivery:
- Accurate Details: Verify that your delivery address and contact information are correct in the “My Account” section before placing an order.
- Delivery Slots: Select a preferred delivery slot at checkout. We will confirm the slot in your order confirmation email.
- Presence at Delivery: Ensure an authorized person is available at the delivery address during the selected slot to receive and inspect the goods.
- Alcohol Deliveries: Recipients of alcohol orders must be 19 or older and may need to present a valid photo ID to verify age, in compliance with Singapore’s Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act.
4. Changing Delivery Details
If you need to update your delivery address or reschedule:
- Whatsapp us at +65-9819-5746 or email assistance@phoonhuat.com, quoting your order tracking number.
- Rescheduling must be arranged within 3 calendar days of the original delivery date.
5. Product Availability
All goods, especially seasonal or perishable items, are subject to availability.
- If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a comparable replacement, a voucher equal to the item’s value, or a full refund.
- We are not liable for unavailability of goods but will work to resolve any issues promptly.
6. Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery during the selected slot:
- Whatsapp our delivery team at +65-9819-5746, quoting your order tracking number, to reschedule.
- If delivery fails due to your absence or incorrect address, we may charge the full cost of perishable items in the order.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods after a failed delivery attempt caused by your unavailability.
7. Inspecting Your Order
Upon delivery, please inspect your order to ensure it is complete and in good condition.
- Incorrect or Damaged Goods: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at assistance@phoonhuat.com. You may return faulty goods to the driver or arrange a return with us. We will offer a replacement, voucher, or refund, subject to inspection.
- Consumer Rights: You are entitled to remedies for defective or non-conforming goods under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
8. Delivery Delays
We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, traffic, or force majeure events).
- We will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule delivery.
- Our liability for delays is limited to the price of the undelivered goods.
