4 tbsp cream
Blue cheese (Roquefort)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Butter 4 ramekins.
Put delicately 1 egg in each ramekin .
Add 1 tbsp cream and crumbled blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook in the oven, in a bain- marie, for 10 min.
Tips
You can replace blue cheese by goat or swiss cheese.
