Ingredients

1 onion
Chicken breasts, wings and/or chicken legs
2 tbsp curry powder
25 cl coconut milk
1 apple
2 bananas
Golden raisins
Salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and thinly slice the onion.
  2. Fry the onion in a pan on low heat.
  3. Add the meat (chicken breasts cut into 2 pieces). When golden, season with salt, pepper and curry powder.
  4. Pour the coconut milk with a little bit of water to cover the curry.
  5. Cook for 15 min.
  6. Add the diced apple, chopped bananas and raisins.
  7. Cook for 10 to 15 min more.

Tips

Serve with rice,peanuts and chutney.
