8 zucchinis
Olive oil
2 eggs
250 cl milk
250 g Mascarpone cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the zucchinis.
  2. Fry them with olive oil.

  4. Pour in an ovenproof dish and cook for 30 min at 150° C.
