Ingredients

1 pork fillet
Garlic
Green salad
1 tbsp soya sauce
Sugar snap peas
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Red onions
Olive oil
Orange or mandarin
Ginger
½ tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Slice the pork in very thin slices and marinate in soya sauce, olive oil, grated ginger and crushed garlic for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Fry the pork until brown, let it cool down a bit.
  3. Prepare the mixed salad: the green salad, sugar snap peas, sliced red onions and sliced orange.
  4. Add the pork slices to the salad.
  5. For the dressing, mix: soya sauce, chili sauce, olive oil and vinegar.
  6. Serve with dressing on the side.
