Ingredients

1.2 kg minced chicken
1 tsp sugar
4 Thai basil stalks
2 tsp light soya sauce
2 red chilis
1 tsp dark soya sauce
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp chicken stock powder

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil over medium-high to high heat in a preheated wok.
  2. Chop the garlic and chilis. Add them to the oil.
  3. Add the chicken, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, chicken stock powder, sugar, oyster sauce and basil leaves.
  4. Cook for 5 min.
  5. Top with a sprinkling of fresh basil. Serve with Thai rice.
