Ingredients

250 g flour
125 g sugar
1 egg
100 g butter
1 lemon zest
1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the egg, caster sugar and a pinch of salt
  2. Put the flour on. the table, make a hole in the middle and pour the mix from the bowl, the lemon zest and the melted butter.
  3. Mix until getting an homogeneous dough.
  4. Roll out the dough evenly with a rolling pin.
  5. Heat at 180°C for 12 to 15 min.
