Ingredients

150 g flour
1 pack of baking powder
40 g grated Parmesan cheese
Pine nuts
1 tsp mixed herbs
8 cl oil
3 eggs
10 cl milk
100 g sun-dried tomatoes
Pepper
100 g diced Feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Mix the ingredients in the listed order: flour, baking powder, eggs (one by one), oil, milk, Parmesan, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, Feta, pepper and mixed herbs.
  3. Mix well and pour in a greased baking tin.
  4. Add the pine nuts on top.
  5. Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 min.
