Ingredients

24 shrimps
4 passion fruit
1 bunch fresh coriander
Salt
Butter
Espelette pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimps by peeling and deveining them (remove head and tail). Season the shrimps to taste with salt and Espelette pepper.
  2. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat, and cook the shrimps until pink and juicy about 1 minute per side.
  3. Cut the passion fruit in half, spoon out the pulp and pour over the shrimps.
  4. Serve onto a plate, garnish with coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
