Ingredients

200 g flour
100 g butter
¾ dl water
½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pour the flour in a bowl. Add the butter (not too hard, not too soft) in small pieces.
  2. Blend with your hands or with a fork until you get small
    grains.
  3. Make a hole in the middle and gradually pour the salted water in.
  4. Mix with a fork and quickly scoop into a ball.
  5. Leave it to rest for at least 30 min.
