Ingredients

400 g fruits (peaches, apricots, grapes, apples, )
40 cl full fat milk
150 g sugar
40 g salted butter
1 packet vanilla sugar
4 eggs
½ lemon juice
100 g flour
Icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Boil the milk together with the butter.
  3. Grease 6 small cups or a big tin.
  4. Beat the eggs with the sugar.
  5. Incorporate the flour in the milk and butter mixture.
  6. Heat the fruits with a knob of butter in a pan.
  7. Add the lemon juice and the pack of vanilla sugar to caramelize the fruits.
  8. Allow the fruit to cool down.
  9. Pour the batter into the cups. Add the fruits.
  10. Bake 25 min. Clafoutis must rise and brown.
  11. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Allow to cool to room temperature.
