Ingredients

200 g cooked salmon
100 g smoked salmon cut in small pieces
1 egg yolk
80 g butter
Lemon
Dill
Salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Split up the cooked salmon.
  2. Soften the butter in the microwave for a few seconds.
  3. Mix the 2 salmons, butter and egg yolk with a fork.
  4. Add salt, pepper, dill and lemon juice to taste.
  5. Mix it all and refrigerate for 4h minimum.
