Ingredients

1 roll of puff pastry
150 g quark
4 eggs
150 g smoked salmon
120 ml milk
480 g chopped spinach
Salt, pepper
½ pack of Feta cheese
1 heaped tbsp thickened cream
Dill (optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Roll out the puff pastry to fit a flan dish.
  3. Arrange cubes of Feta cheese and small pieces of smoked salmon on the pastry.
  4. In a bowl, mix together eggs, quark, milk, cream, salt, pepper and dill.
  5. Add the chopped spinach. Mix well.
  6. Pour this mixture over the salmon and cheese and immediately bake in the oven for 30 min.

Tips

Ideally, Feta cheese should be replaced by goat cheese.
