Ingredients

1 fillet of sea bream
1 lemon juice
Curry powder
Cayenne pepper
Shallots
Parsley
Ginger
Olive oil
Salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the fish fillet into thin slices.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Add salt, pepper, curry powder, Cayenne pepper, ginger and shallots to taste.
  4. Chop parsley and add to the marinade.
  5. Add olive oil.
  6. Mix all and refrigerate for at least 2h.
