Ingredients

300 g raspberries
100 g ground almonds
60 g soft butter
110 g sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp cream
1 yogurt
1 egg
1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, almond powder, flour and sugar.
  2. Add the cream, the egg, the egg yolk and the yogurt, whisking continuously.
  3. Place the raspberries in an even layer into an oven dish.
  4. Pour the cream mixture on top.
  5. Place under the grill for a couple of min, not too close to the heat, until it browns.
  6. Serve immediately.
