Ingredients

1 kg tomatoes
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 cucumber
6 mint leaves
1 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp vinegar
1 green capsicum
Salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend the tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, onion and garlic.
  2. Season with Tabasco, salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil.
  3. Add the chopped mint leaves.
  4. Leave in the fridge for at least 2h.

Tips

Add ice cubes just before serving if not cold enough.
