1 roll of shortcrust pastry p 24
200 g bacon bits
3 eggs
20 cl cream
20 cl milk
Salt, pepper
Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Put the pastry in a pie plate.
  2. Fry bacon bits and spread them on the pastry.
  3. Beat eggs, cream and milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Pour the mixture in the pie plate and cook for 45 min at
    180°C.
