Ingredients

800 g pork fillet
2 tbsp white wine
150 g prosciutto ham
Olive oil
Pepper
Mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the pork fillet crosswise (or on the diagonal for bigger portions).
  2. Place a slice of prosciutto ham on each pork fillet.
  3. Secure with long wooden skewers.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and place the fillets ham side down.
  5. Cook for 2 min on one side, add pepper, and then for 4 min on the other side. Set aside in a dish.
  6. Pour the wine in the pan still on the heat, bring to a boil and let it reduce to syrup consistency.
  7. Pour onto the meat and serve right away.

Tips

Frying,you can add a slice of mozzarella cheese.
