Ingredients

1 big pomelo (pink grapefruit)
2 small size bricks of coconut milk
1 kg grey prawns
3 lemons
1 bunch of spring onions
1 bunch of coriander
2 or 3 small red chilis ( optional)

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, mix the grapefruit pulp, coriander and spring onions. Refrigerate.
  2. Take off the skin of the prawns.
  3. In a pan, put coconut milk and lemon juice. At first boil, stop the heat and add the prawns . Mix until the prawns become pink.
  4. When the sauce is cold, add to the grapefruit mixture and sprinkle with some chili.
  5. Keep in the fridge before serving.
