Ingredients

1 roll of puff pastry
3 pears
150 g Roquefort cheese ( or Fourme d'Ambert)
50 g butter
4 tbsp walnut kernels

Instructions

  1. Peel and slices the pears.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  3. Mash roughly with a fork the Roquefort with the butter.
  4. Roll the pastry onto a greaseproof paper on a baking tray. Prick with a fork.
  5. Arrange the pear slices on top.
  6. Cover this with the Roquefort mixture.
  7. Add the walnuts.
  8. Bake for 20 min.
