Ingredients

70 g liquid cream
1 egg yolk from 1 large egg
3 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp chopped basil
2.5 dried tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Bring the cream to a boil.
  2. Pour the boiling cream on the lightly beaten egg yolk.
  3. Add the parmesan and basil.
  4. Cut the tomatoes in small pieces and place in 6 mini-dishes.
  5. Pour the mixture on top.
  6. Place in the oven for 35 min at 90°C.
