Ingredients

60 cl liquid cream
80 g sugar
3 gelatin leaves
Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Soften the leaves of gelatin in water.
  2. Heat the cream with the sugar for 5 min and stop just before boiling point.
  3. Drain the leaves of gelatin and add them to the cream. Mix well.
  4. Add the vanilla. Allow to cool.
  5. Pour in the cups. Put in the fridge for 4h.

Tips

Alternatives:
Replace the sugar with honey.
Replace the half cream with coconut milk. Replace the vanilla with orange blossom water.
