Ingredients

6-8 large scallops
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic (crushed/chopped)
½ tbsp chili pepper
1 slice of lemon, salt, pepper and dill for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the shells on a baking sheet or the scallops on a sheet of baking paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix oil, garlic, chilli, salt and pepper. Spoon the seasoned oil over the scallops.
  3. Bake for 20 min, or 2 minutes more if you prefer them golden brown.
  4. Add a few drops of lemon juice and dill to decorate.
