Ingredients

150 g butter
150 g sugar
150 g flour
100 g icing sugar
½ packet of yeast
2 eggs
3 oranges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 110°C.
  2. Mix the softened butter with the sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one by one.
  4. Add the zest of the 3 oranges and the juice of 1 orange, then the flour and the yeast.
  5. Grease a tin and pour the mixture in it.
  6. Bake for 30 min at 110°C and 15 min at 150°C.
  7. Meanwhile , mix the juice of 2 oranges with icing sugar.
  8. When baked, pour the orange sirup over the cake.
