Ingredients

1 Vacherin Mont d'Or AOP
1 baking dish of 1L
500g small potatoes
1 tbsp thick cream
Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary or sage), finely chopped

Instructions

Using a fork, make holes in the crust and sprinkle with white wine.
Cover the vacherin in aluminum foil.
Bake in the oven for 25min at 200°C
