Ingredients

3 jars of Méditéa zucchini caviar (90g each)
Sliced smoked salmon
3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons of fresh cream
salt, pepper

Instructions

Combine the zucchini caviar with eggs and cream.
Season with salt and pepper.
Butter small ramekins and pour mixture into them.
Place in the oven in a double boiler at 210°C.
Serve warm or cold.
