Ingredients

2 large eggs
150 g sugar
150 g flour
125 g butter
½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C.
  2. Melt for 20 sec the butter in the microwave (to cream texture).
  3. Mix the eggs and the sugar.
  4. Add the softened butter. Add the flour tbsp by tbsp.
    Add the baking powder.
  5. Pour into the madeleine moulds.
  6. Bake for 10 min.

Tips

You can add some lemon juice or orange blossom water to thr mixture.
