Instructions

  1. Allow the cheeses to come to room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
  2. Slice the baguettes and lightly toast if desired.
  3. Arrange Brie, Camembert and Comté on a serving board.
  4. Fold and layer the cured ham and gourmet ham around the cheeses.
  5. Add sliced baguette around the board.
  6. Serve with chilled Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne.
