Ingredients

Duck:
1 whole duck
8 lemons
Salt, pepper
Olive oil

Rice:
Basmati rice
Shallots
Butter

Instructions

Duck
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut all the lemons into 8 quarters.

  1. Stuff the duck with the lemons.
  2. Massage the duck with oil and butter, then place in the oven for 1h. During the cooking, turn the duck regularly.
  3. Once the duck is cooked, remove it from the pan and remove carefully all the fat which is floating on the surface of the sauce.
  4. Remove the lemons from the duck and squeeze over the juice inside the sauce.
  5. Cut the duck and serve it with basmati rice.

Tips

Very good as well with potatoes.
