Ingredients

500 g Mascarpone cheese
3 lemon juices
1 lime zest
5 eggs
200 g sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolks and the sugar in a bowl until the mixture becomes white .
  2. Add the Mascarpone, the lemon juice and the lime zest. Mix vigorously.
  3. Beat the whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Incorporate them delicately.
  5. Pour the mixture into cups.
  6. Put them in the fridge for a minimum of 3h.

Tips

You can add mint leaves on the top.
