Ingredients

1 pack of lasagna pasta
400 g minced beef
1 onion
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1 can of diced tomatoes
Bechamel sauce p 28

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion, the carrot and the celery stalk.
  2. Fry half of the mixture with the diced tomatoes.
  3. Prepare a bechamel sauce and set aside.
  4. In another pan, fry the remaining onion-carrot-celery mixture and add minced beef.
  5. In an ovenproof dish, alternate 1 thin layer of béchamel, 1 layer of lasagna pasta, 1 layer of tomato mixture and 1 layer of meat mixture.
  6. Cook for 30 min at 180 ° C.

Tips

Just before removing from the oven, you can add some mozzarella cubes.
