Ingredients

4 avocados
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp miso
6 prawns
2 tbsp cream cheese
Soya sauce
1 tsp wasabi paste
1 orange zest

Instructions

  1. Peel the avocados and crush them with a fork.
  2. Add 2 heaped tbsp of cream cheese, miso, mix again (taste as miso tends to be very salty).
  3. Add wasabi, mix again.
  4. Finally, add olive oil.
  5. Stir fry the prawns with soya sauce.
  6. Grate orange zest on top of prawns (when almost cooked).
  7. Pour the avocado mixture in the verrines. Add a prawn in each verrine. Prawns taste better warm.
