Ingredients

1 sashimi-quality salmon steak (200g)
1 lime
200 g smoked salmon
1 or 2 mangoes
1 small bunch of chives
3 shallots
1 heaped tbsp mayonnaise p 20
2 tbsp coconut milk
Salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice in equal-size bits both salmons and mango. Refrigerate.
  2. Finely mince the shallots and chives.
  3. Mix well salmon and mango bits with shallots and chives. Refrigerate.
  4. Make a sauce with the lime juice, mayonnaise, coconut milk. Add to the previous mixture. Season if necessary.
  5. Serve very cold with some mixed green salad.
