Ingredients

1 can of Gloria milk
250 g chestnut cream Faugier
1 pack of frozen berries
or purée of berries

Instructions

  1. In a bigbowl, beat the Gloria milk until it takes the consistency of a whipped cream.
  2. Gently fold in the chestnut cream.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking tin.
  4. Put into the freezer for 1 night.
  5. Before serving, keep some berries and mix the leftover.
  6. Unmold the iced chestnut cream and pour the purée.
  7. Put the berries left on it.
