Ingredients

100g ground coffee
300 ml water
200 g sugar
300 g half fat milk
250 g to 300 g thickened cream
Seeds from 1 vanilla pod

Instructions

  1. Infuse the coffee with the sugar and allow to cool.
  2. Boil the milk together with vanilla.
  3. Mix the cream with the boiled milk.
  4. Pour in a tin.
  5. Put in the freezer and serve very cold.
