Ingredients

Ham mousse
100 g cooked ham
1 tsp chopped garlic
10 cl liquid cream
Paprika
2 tbsp cream cheese
Pepper

Tomato pesto
1 can of sun-dried tomatoes in oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 handful of pine nuts
1 handful of Parmesan cheese
Basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients for each preparation, included the oil of the sun-dried tomatoes can.
  2. Refrigerate for 1h.
  3. Pour first a layer of tomato pesto, then a layer of ham mousse.
  4. Top it with a basil leaf.
