Ingredients

1 glass of water
50 g butter
1 glass of flour
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
100 g grated Gruyere cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.

  1. Heat the butter, water and salt in a saucepan.
  2. When all has melted, add the flour. Remove from heat and continue stirring
  3. Add the eggs one by one and then, the grated cheese.
  4. Make some small balls, put them on the baking tray
  5. Cook for 20 to 30 min.
