Ingredients

2 dl milk
100 g salted butter
250 g honey
250 g flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp allspice

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk with the butter and honey on low heat.
  2. Mix the flour, baking soda and allspice in a bowl.
  3. Add the milk mixture.
  4. Butter the cake mould and pour the mixture in.
  5. Bake for 1h15 at 130°C in the middle of the oven.
