Ingredients

1 kg green zucchinis
6 basil leaves
150 g fresh goat cheese (" Chabichou")
½ lemon juice
Black tapenade

Instructions

  1. Cook the zucchinis in boiling water. Drain. Leave to cool.
  2. When they are cold, blend with basil leaves, cheese and lemon juice.
  3. Refrigerate for 12h.
  4. Serve in bowls. Garnish with 3 small rounded spoons of tapenade.
