Instructions

1.⁠ ⁠Preheat oven to 190°C.

2.⁠ ⁠Make the béchamel: melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk until smooth and creamy. Stir in Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

3.⁠ ⁠Layer bread, cold cuts, cheese, and béchamel in a baking dish. Repeat layers.

4.Finish with extra cheese and Parmesan on top.

5.⁠ ⁠Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling.

6.Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
