Ingredients

1 pack of Tortellini pasta
6 tomatoes
1 pesto jar
1 pack of liquid cream
1 pack of Feta cheese
Salt, pepper
2 heaped tbsp capers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Tortellini al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, seed the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Put them in a big salad bowl.
  3. Add the pesto, cream, capers, crumbled Feta, salt and pepper.
  4. Add the pasta and mix.

Tips

This pasta salad is best not too cold,but at room temperature!
