175 g sugar
250 g flour
6 eggs
1L milk
20 dried prunes
Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar with the flour and a pinch of salt.
  2. Make a hole and break the eggs inside. Mix, pouring the milk little by little.
  3. Pour in an ovenproof dish.
  4. Add the dried prunes.
  5. Bake for 1h30 at 150°C.
