Ingredients

½I milk
75 g sugar
4 egg yolks
1 vanilla pod (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat the milk with the vanilla pod.
  2. Mix the sugar and egg yolks until the mixture becomes white and foamy.
  3. Pour slowly the boiling milk in. Put it all back in the pan on very low heat.
  4. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes thick. Don't bring to a boil.
