Ingredients

3 or 4 cucumbers
200 g smoked salmon
1 or 2 lemons
20 cl light liquid cream (President)
Chives

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumbers and cut them in 2, widthwise.
  2. With a potato peeler, rasp the cucumber lengthwise to make cucumber tagliatelles.
  3. Thinly slice the smoked salmon.
  4. Put the cucumber tagliatelles and the salmon slices in a salad bowl. Add the lemon juice and the cream.
  5. Leave the salad bowl in the fridge for 1 h. When serving, add the chives.

Tips

Cucumber can be replaced by zucchinis.
