Ingredients

½ tsp salt
4 eggs
1 tbsp caster sugar
125 g flour
80 g butter
Sugar chips

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat 25 cl water along with salt, sugar and butter.
  2. When the butter has melted, pour the flour and mix vigorously with a wooden spoon until the dough does not stick to the pan anymore.
  3. Remove the pan from heat and add 1 egg. Stir until completely incorporated in the dough. Repeat with the 3 remaining eggs.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  5. Place in an oven tray covered with greaseproof paper, spoons of dough; add sugar chips on each one.
  6. Put in the middle of the oven for 15 min and then lower to 175°C and heat for 15 min more.
