1 roll of puff pastry
Nutella
Icing sugar
1 egg yolk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut up rectangles (8 x 4 cm).
Put 1 tsp of Nutella on each rectangle.
Brush some egg yolk around the edges of the pastry and fold the rectangles to make a square. Press down firmly on the edges.
Refrigerate for 10 min.
Bake in the oven for 15 min until the cakes brown.
