Ingredients

120 g sugar
3 eggs
120 g butter
120 g chocolate
3 tbsp flour

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar with the egg yolks.
  2. Melt together the butter with the chocolate.
  3. Combine the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture.
  4. Beat the egg whites stiff. Add them gently to the mixture.
  5. Add the flour.
  6. Pour in a greased mould and bake for 20 min at 210°C.
