Ingredients

300 g chicken breasts
100 g Comté or Gruyère cheese
2 celery stalks
100 g raisins
Lettuce, finely cut
Toasted sliced almonds
1 large apple

Dressing:
1 egg yolk
Salt, pepper
1 tsp mustard
½ orange juice
Oil
1 tsp curry powder

Instructions

  1. Dice the cheese, apple and celery.
  2. Soak the raisins in water.
  3. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and fry them in a pan.
  4. Mix all ingredients together (except dressing ingredients).
  5. Prepare a mayonnaise with the egg yolk, mustard and oil.
  6. Add the orange juice and curry powder to the mayonnaise.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve with dressing on the side.
